WeddingCram.com wants to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Our goal is to sell only
the best products at everyday low prices.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. (With the exception of personalized items and consumables such as cameras and food items)

In order to return your purchase, you must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number within
30 days of receiving your order. To request return authorization, please send us an email with the following info:

1. your name

2. order number

3. item(s) you wish to return

4. reason for return

Once you receive your RMA# via email, please follow the steps below.

1. Package your return eligible items** securely in their original packaging. Items that appear used or to
have been damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packing will not be accepted. Only items in
resalable condition can be accepted for return.

**Definition of return eligible items

4 No returns are permitted once the event date has passed.

4 If an item is shrink wrapped, the shrink wrap cannot be broken (i.e. wedding programs).

4Shoes cannot have any toe marks or scuffs on the bottom.

4If an item comes in a box or any other packaging, the packaging must not be damaged in any way.

4Item must be in resalable condition.

 

2. Clearly write your return authorization number under your return address on the package.
(please note that packages without return authorization will not be accepted)

3. Please ship your return via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation to the return address provided
with your RMA#. It is very important to include delivery confirmation so that you can be sure we received
your return.

4. Once your return is received and approved for restocking, you will receive a full refund of the purchase
price (not including initial shipping cost) to the credit card used to make the purchase. There are NO
Restocking Fees, however, if your order received Free shipping, then the shipping charge will be deducted
from your refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

• Also, packages which are lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

• Returns are not permitted once the event date has passed.
  
  
  Damaged or Defective Items
  
  Please be sure to inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery. In the rare case that you receive
  an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can
  arrange for pickup and subsequent replacement of the item.
