product can accommodate for engraving.

information to any 3rd party except in the rare case when it is required
by law. Personal information that you enter during the ordering process is
transmitted securely over the internet and encrypted with SSL, the

What is your return policy?

All requests for return authorization must be made within 7 days of receipt of
items and returned within 30 days in original condition and in
original, unopened packaging. The following items are not eligible for
return but will be replaced in case of defect: personalized items and jewelry. All returns must be
authorized and a Return Authorization number must be issued. Only
authorized return packages will be accepted. Any others will be returned
to sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded
unless return is due to Wedding Cram's error. If an item is found to
be defective, Wedding Cram will certainly replace it at no charge,
however, if the customer does not wish to have the item replaced, it will be
processed as a regular return. All returns
are subject to a re-stocking fee of the greater of $5.00 or 15% of the purchase
price (optional expedited order charges are not refundable). This helps to alleviate shipping costs and allows us to offer Free

confirmation to the exact address specified at order time (no PO Boxes). WeddingCram is not responsible for undeliverable packages
or packages who's tracking information indicates the order has already been
delivered. It
is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return package is securely
packaged and returned undamaged. Damaged items are not eligible for
return. If your item is fragile, we suggest insuring your return package. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, your

What is your order cancellation policy?
A.
Once an order is placed it immediately enters the order fulfillment process. If
your order includes personalization, it cannot be cancelled. If your order does
not include personalization, it can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
Otherwise, your order cancellation will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
